Welcome to AfterLife. By creating an account, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use AfterLife. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. User Conduct
- Do not post or share illegal content, including copyrighted material you don’t own.
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Symbols, imagery, or references that glorify hate groups, violent extremism, or known figures primarily associated with such movements are not allowed. Context matters—staff may request removal of content deemed harmful or intimidating.
- Spam, scams, and misleading content are grounds for removal and banning.
- Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or moderators.
3. Content Policy
- Nudity is allowed if it’s artistic or non-sexual in nature, and must be tagged appropriately.
- Pornography (depictions of real or animated sex acts) is strictly prohibited.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these rules without notice.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login secure. If your account is compromised, notify us immediately.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at any time for violations of these terms.
6. Content Ownership
You retain rights to your content, but grant AfterLife a non‐exclusive license to display it on the platform.
7. Data & Privacy
AfterLife collects only the data necessary to operate the platform (such as your username, email address, and content you choose to post). We do not sell your personal information. For details on data handling, please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability Disclaimer
AfterLife is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for damages resulting from use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated over time. We will notify users of major changes.
